While traveling from Madrid to the White Hill Towns of Spain we drove through the most picturesque farming country. In addition to older building that are still in use there were many ruins of building such as the two walls on the right in the scene. Predominant crops were Sunflowers. wheat and olives.

Spent a week in Arcos de la Fontera, Spain this spring. Snaped this picture of a young woman off to work at Bar la Carcel. A very interesting White Hill Town where the streets were only about eight feet wide. Some were close to six feet wide, like where we almost got our car stuck! Where the streets were wide enough, the bars and cafes would throw out some tables and chairs on the side of the street leaving just enough room for a car to pass. The sides of most cars were scratched and dented from trying to navigate the narrow and winding streets.
